Additional Instruments

You can add flute, trumpet, trombone, soprano vocalist, or guitar to any string group. The cost will equal the total size of the group.

Special Song Arrangements

  • Requests must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to event. Arrangements can not be made if piano sheet music is not available. If both of these requirements are met, we will provide one complimentary arrangements.

  • $75 per song - Additional arrangements (subject to above requirements)

Long Distance Jobs (more 100 miles away)

  • Per Diem of $125 per musician - hotel and food

Additional Services

  • $100 - Rehearsal attendance (recorded music)

  • $150 - Rehearsal attendance by two musicians to play live (subject to availability) -First hour

  • $100 per hour for rehearsals going longer than one hour

  • $175 - Amplification (instruments only)

Mileage

  • 75¢ per mile - If your event is outside the Portland-metro area. Mileage charge is doubled for events with large ensembles that require two vehicles.
