Cancellation and Refund Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

If the Client wishes to cancel the engagement more than seven (7) business days prior to the event, and if the engagement was pre-paid in full, the Client will be refunded the difference between the full amount and the deposit.

If the Client fails to provide written notice of cancellation within seven (7) business days of the event, the Client shall be obligated to make payment in full of the agreed upon compensation to the same extent as if the engagement took place.
